Uh, adverse events, uh, that I expect or that I watch out for, uh, with PI3K inhibitors, um, include colitis, uh, pneumonitis, transaminitis, uh, rashes, and cytopenia, uh, specifically. Um, I, I do see them, um, uh, in probably about You know, all, all the side effects, they, they vary. So the most common side effect is, is cytopenia, uh, specifically, uh, neutropenia, uh, or, or leukopenia that we see, um, which is not necessarily specific to just PI 3K. It's, it's also, uh, we also see in every other class of drug in relapse fractory PTCL, um. I have not had to use um growth factor frequently um to um to mitigate the the the uh cytopenia effects um of, of PI3K inhibitors, um, and in terms of the other toxicities. Um, specifically, I probably see transaminitis and pneumonitis, um, more often than the others in PTCL, and that probably occurs probably in about 10 to 20% of the patients I start with Divelose, um, containing regimens. Um, I don't, uh, in terms of prophylaxis, uh, for side effects, what I use is Levaquin, uh, and Bactrim. I, I, I don't tell patients to start, um, Anti-diarrheal prophylaxis upfront, um, or, or anything else upfront, and we just treat the side effects as we see it. It's more of, um, it's on my radar and I have a low threshold to, to work any side effect up if I do see that. Um, and when I do see it, it, you know, I, we, we do either stop the dose or decrease the dose um or hold on increasing the dose of Diveloci. Um, depending on, on the specific situation of the patients. Um, and what I've seen is specifically for transaminitis is that, um, just holding the dose for, you know, a few days to a few weeks, the, the, um, the side effect, the results, and I have at multiple times retried to uh retry the drug again. Um, the nice thing with using Divelase, um, in, in the relaps refractory PTCL setting is that when the, um, even when we're encountering side effects at lower doses, um, not at the 75 mg dose, we are also seeing clinical benefits even at lower doses already, um. I, I, I've observed that and so, you know, even though I have to hold the dose at certain times because of side effects, I'm already, uh, patients are already feeling better from, from the disease.
